It is so hard to believe that 5 years ago, Heart and Sole was approaching its FIRST 5k and Evening Celebration.

Many amazing memories have been made and to make this year even more special. Our fifth year is falling on the 5th of March! I can't begin to name all of the people that have played important roles in Heart and Sole (as this would be the longest Blog entry EVER) but please know that I think of each of you, when I think of where WE are today.

Some new exciting changes have made its way into 2011 - a new amazing website, a special 5th year Anniversary logo and many surprises headed your way. So stay tuned as I will be updating. My new friend LW is going to teach me to blog! Can't wait to see you soon! And don't forget - TOGETHER, we can make a difference!
